Neighbors battle BNSF as it rips trees from Minneapolis backyards, claims city street is on its property

Earlier this week, we reported on a sudden and intense battle that erupted between the BNSF railroad and Minneapolis residents in BNSF plans to relocate Minneapolis oil and freight rail line threatens homes and residents.


Yesterday, the Minneapolis Tribune reported that the BNSF railroad claimed residents’ land is their property, began ripping trees from their yards, and more.
