There’s a huge air quality battle going on in Houston,Texas. The City of Houston, which has some of the worst air pollution in the country, has long been poorly protected by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.  Years ago, the city decided to protect itself, and the a court battle began.

After many years of fighting, the battle now moves to the Texas Supreme Court. The stakes are huge. As Adrian Shelly of MFN member Air Alliance Houston, said:
