Matthew Tejada speaks out on ports and goods movement pollution, the Houston Ship Channel, and overburdened communities

This is an excellent opinion piece in the Houston Chronicle, with personal perspectives and an update on the Environmental Protection Agency’s ports and goods movement focus.  Nobody knows these topics better than Matthew Tejada, who formed Air Alliance Houston and leads the EPA Office of Environmental Justice.
