This is an excellent article about an unjust and painful situation.
In my early twenties, I put himself through college working in a Kresge warehouse for the equivalent of $20 an hour in today’s dollars, plus benefits. It is heartbreaking to see mothers and fathers trying to support a family by doing the same work for $12 an hour or less, with no job security or benefits.
