California Air Resources Board releases draft report “Sustainable Freight – Pathways to Zero and Near-Zero Emissions”

On Thursday, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) released a report that promises to reduce freight air pollution emissions through better enforcement in the short term, and to ultimately reduce emissions to Zero or Near-zero.
