This morning, Mustafa Santiago Ali of EPA announced that t.e.j.a.s. and Moving Forward Network leader Yudith Nieto and 14 other amazing young emerging leaders have been named to a new climate justice organization, the National Environmental Justice Advisory Council (NEJAC) Youth Perspectives on Climate Justice Work Group.
Ms. Nieto and the new team will will assist EPA in developing strategies and finding opportunities to combat climate change and to empower other young people, and enhance the work of the NEJAC.
