Check out the moving art by youth “Imagining the World with Zero Pollution”

Congratulations to the winners of the Moving Forward Network’s 2016 “Imagine a World with Zero Pollution” Youth Art Contest.  We had entries from MFN regions across the United States, and awarded cash prizes to winners from Commerce and Long Beach, CA; Houston, TX; Kansas City, KS; and Newark, NJ.

The winner of the $250 Grand Prize was Eileen C., who painted her winning entry in an After School Art Class taught by Vania Soto in Kansas City, Kansas.  Eight students spent two class sessions working on this project.  Eileen is a pre-teen who wants to be a physician when she grows up.

Congratulations to Eileen and the other creative young people who made this very wonderful art.  To see the closeups of their work, please click on an image, and check them out!
