The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District operates a network of air quality monitors across the valley, is developing an online system through which residents will be able to see historical and real-time data for their neigborhood, based on measurements from the nearest monitors, and modeling which takes into account topography, wind, and other factors.
