Today, August 21, 2014, EPA issued the second and final Integrated Urban Air Toxics (IUAT) Report to Congress. The report highlights the progress and remaining challenges since the release of the IUAT Strategy in 1999 in working with state, local and tribal agencies to help communities understand, prioritize and reduce exposures to toxic pollutants in their local environments, particularly in overburdened areas.
We invite you to join today’s stakeholder briefing where you will have the opportunity to ask questions of senior EPA officials about this action and its public health implications.
